Encompass Parts Distribution, Inc. has partnered with DigiTenna LLC to distribute its full line of patented Digital Ultrahigh Frequency and Very High Frequency (DUV) television antennas.
With the 2009 switch from analog to digital broadcasting, DigiTenna DUV antennas enable consumers to receive non-premium high-definition channels over the air. These powerful antennas capture HDTV digital signals transmitted across Digital, UHF and VHF-Hi frequencies.
The DigiTenna product line includes antennas ranging from an indoor model that can pick up signals up to 15 miles from a local network to the new XF Extreme Fringe for signals up to 80 miles away. An added advantage of DUV antennas is their extremely compact size and high performance compared to antennas of the past.

Brad Eckwielen, President of DigiTenna, said that consumers are increasingly turning to more affordable DUV antennas to cut entertainment expenses. With the average monthly bill for cable or satellite service running about $70, DUV antennas offer a much less expensive option with enhanced picture quality.
